Steve Winslow

Steve Winslow is an accomplished financial executive who has worked in or advised technology and telecommunications enterprises ranging from pre-revenue startups to multi-billion-dollar public companies.
In addition to his responsibilities as a Partner and Co-Founder of FBC, Steve also works with technology companies as a consulting CFO.
Previously, as CFO of SeaMobile, a global VSAT satellite communications company, Steve negotiated, managed due diligence for and financed two acquisitions, expanding the company’s geographic reach and securing its access to key customer contracts and platforms to deliver new products. After the acquisitions, he managed and integrated systems and personnel including offices in both the United States and France.
Prior to SeaMobile, Steve spent ten years in various leadership roles with Western Wireless Corporation, which was acquired by Alltel in 2005. During this time, Steve was involved in various capacities in the company’s public markets activities, which included raising extensive amounts of both debt and equity capital. Also, Steve was part of the small team that formulated and executed on the spin-off of VoiceStream Wireless in 1999. Two years later, Deutsche Telekom acquired VoiceStream and continues to be a significant owner of what today is T-Mobile US.
Steve began his career with Arthur Andersen. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Montana. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Montana Foundation and chairs the Audit/Finance Committee. Steve is also Chairman of the Board of Directors for a prominent Puget Sound area integrated telecommunications company.
